Share The Gilded West with a friend for an unforgettable girls' weekend, or attend solo and be thoughtfully paired with another retreat guest.

This package includes one guest's two-night stay in a shared Double Queen room at HÔTEL SWEXAN PLUS admission to the full Gilded West retreat experience from Friday through Sunday.

The total package price is $2,195 per person and is based on two guests sharing one Double Queen room. A minimum of two guests is required per room. Each guest must purchase her own retreat package.

Your $595 deposit secures one guest's retreat reservation and one guest's place in a shared Double Queen room.

After your deposit is received, the remaining balance of $1,600 will be divided into two equal payments:

Additional cocktails and alcoholic beverages outside of those specifically included in retreat programming are not included in the package price.

Roommate Information

A minimum of two guests is required for each Double Queen room.

If you're attending with a friend, each guest must complete her own reservation and purchase her own $2,195 retreat package. After checkout, you'll have the opportunity to provide the name of the guest you would like to room with.

Attending solo? You're welcome to reserve a Double Queen package and request to be paired with another retreat guest. Roommate pairing is subject to availability.

Maximum occupancy for this package is two guests per Double Queen room.

• This listing is the Reserve With Deposit payment option.

• A $595 non-refundable deposit per person is required at booking.

• The remaining balance of $1,600 will be paid in two equal installments of $800.

• The first installment is due September 15, 2026.

• The final installment is due October 15, 2026.

• All reservations must be paid in full by October 15, 2026.

• Reservations cannot be held without payment.

• Failure to make scheduled payments may result in forfeiture of the reservation and amounts previously paid.

• Availability for Double Queen accommodations is intentionally limited.

CANCELLATION, REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY

ALL PURCHASES, DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS, AND RESERVATIONS ARE FINAL AND

NON-REFUNDABLE.

Due to the advance financial commitments required to secure hotel accommodations, dining, venues, programming, staffing, and other retreat experiences, no refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued if a guest cancels or is unable to attend.

If you are unable to attend, your reservation may be transferred to another guest, subject to approval by Mahjong Retreat Co. and any applicable hotel or rooming-list deadlines.

All transfer requests must be submitted to Mahjong Retreat Co. in writing. The replacement guest must agree to all applicable retreat terms, policies, waivers, and participation requirements.

Any financial arrangement between the original purchaser and replacement guest is solely the responsibility of those parties. Reservations may not be resold for more than the original purchase price or transferred for commercial purposes.

Failure to make any scheduled payment by the applicable due date may result in forfeiture of the reservation and all amounts previously paid, and the reservation may be released and made available to another guest.

By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree that your deposit and all subsequent payments are final and non-refundable and that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable retreat terms and policies.

We encourage you to secure your reservation early, as Double Queen accommodations are intentionally limited and expected to fill quickly.
