The remaining $3,745 balance is divided into four monthly payments:

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of your deposit or full payment. Private King accommodations are extremely limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• All deposits and payments are final and non-refundable.

• Payments must be received by their scheduled deadlines. Reservations not paid in full by February 15, 2027, may be forfeited.

• Aspen Mountain views are available in select rooms and are not guaranteed.

• Skiing, spa treatments, and optional personal activities are additional.

• Reservation transfers require prior written approval from Mahjong Retreat Co. and are subject to applicable retreat and hotel policies.
