No hotel room is included, needed, or required with this package.

The total retreat price is $1,095 per person. After your deposit, the remaining $700 balance will be divided into two equal payments:

SUNDAY FINALE | HÔTEL SWEXANYour weekend concludes with admission to The Gilded West Holiday Market & Social Mahjong Tournament—a festive finale filled with Mahjong, holiday shopping, connection, and Sunday festivities.

$1,095 is the total retreat price per person.
This is a Friday-through-Sunday retreat package, not a Sunday-only event ticket.
Hotel accommodations are NOT included in this package.
You do NOT need to stay at HÔTEL SWEXAN to purchase this package.
This package does not reserve or include a hotel room.
The $395 deposit is non-refundable and secures one guest's reservation.
The remaining balance is $700, payable in two installments of $350.
All balances must be paid in full by October 15, 2026.
Reservations not paid in full by October 15, 2026 may be forfeited and released to another guest.
Availability for this retreat experience is intentionally limited.
Deposits are non-refundable. Any reservation not paid in full by October 15, 2026 may be released and made available to the public.
CANCELLATION, REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY
ALL PURCHASES AND RESERVATIONS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
Due to the advance commitments required to produce The Gilded West, including venue, dining, programming, staffing, and other event-related expenses, no refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued if a guest is unable to attend.
However, your reservation may be transferred to another guest if you are unable to attend.
Transfer requests must be submitted to Mahjong Retreat Co. in writing and approved in advance. The replacement guest must agree to all applicable event terms, policies, waivers, and participation requirements. Any private payment arrangements between the original purchaser and replacement guest are the responsibility of those parties.
Reservations may not be resold for more than the original purchase price or transferred for commercial purposes.
Mahjong Retreat Co. reserves the right to establish a reasonable deadline for guest-name changes or transfers when required by the hotel, venue, or event operations.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your reservation is final and non-refundable and that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable event terms and policies.
